The welcoming atmosphere of the Domaine de l’Adoux can also be seen in the restaurant, with its table d'hôte style dining. The majority of our produce is fresh and cooked to the highest standards. We use local produce where possible, and because of its location, set between the Hautes Alpes and the Alpes de Hautes Provence, dishes include Alpine tartiflette and veal stew, famous "Parmeggiane".
